This is certainly not a landmark case but it does provide interesting insight into judicial logic.
Its a simple case summed up in a few pages. The rest of the decision is spent discussing topics such as "de Novo" review, ownership and standing.
It's worth a quick read if for nothing more than expanding your horizons and providing more "rabbit holes" for research into the various discussion topics.
