Are You Using The Resolved Boundary Matrix?

I've got a video up that explains the resolved boundary matrix and how it can help young land surveyors to property resolve boundaries. I wanted to share it here:

This isn't my idea. I learned about it from another land surveyor online. He even used the term "matrix". I can't remember who taught me. If you know the surveyor, please let me know so I can give them credit in the video.

You may be referring to a series of articles I had published around 2004 that appeared in POB, Professional Surveyor, the ACSM Journal and various state survey association newsletters. I also presented a session on the topic at the national surveying conference in Las Vegas in 2005. Here is the ACSM version of the article.
