Why do some County Recorder's write in the full recording fee charged to us $83 ($75 + $8), and some only still write in $8? Even when we pay the additional $75 forced on us for Affordable Housing? It appears the Recorder's Office may be trying to hide the additional $75 in Alameda County?
If they only write in $8, but I pay $83, shouldn't I get a refund?
BTW, I'm asking for a friend.
