Lot Line Adjustments, Lot Line Agreements, and Certificate of Compliance

Post by mpallamary »

CLSA is hosting a webinar on Lot Line Adjustments, Lot Line Agreements, and Certificates of Compliance on September 25. I hope you can join us. There are a lot of misunderstandings about these topics and it is our hope to provide some clarity on these important topics.

Finally a webinar that can do others good!
I hope CLSA takes this opportunity to contact ALL Cities and Counties (Planning & Engineering Dept.) to invite them.
One step further, CLSA should not charge the public agencies for their attendance for good PR, and they may actually learn something.

Nice presentation Michael!
I'm still curious why after this was posted for one month, there was no others commenting?
Now that the webinar is over, will others chime in???

I don't know. Kim told me this was the most successful webinar they ever hosted. They normally get around 100. They had 350 and more coming in.

Now, waiting for feedback.

PS, I owe you a call. In have been in an endless stream of depositions.

Mike, thanks for hosting the seminar today. You covered a lot in an hour, but that's the just tip of the iceberg- so much ground to cover. Yes it would be nice to have a more uniform set of standards statewide but you probably realize that's an uphill battle with 58 counties and as many cities, and the myriad of professional organizations and societies that all seemed to have their own perspective. Keep up the good work!

In the meantime, there is no shortage of work sorting through these applications that many rely on for improving and developing real property, and the average land/homeowner trying to comply with such things that may be difficult to comprehend.

Many thanks! It is the lack of confusion that creates problems! It shouldn't be that hard! CLSA has the ability to focus on this if it wants.

Hey that looks like a thread on the forum, lol. They aren't that hard, but the government agency is making it hard.
