Subdivision in Sonoma - Recommendations?

I have a client, a small-time developer, who wants to subdivide a large lot in the City of Sonoma. The project is too far out of my bailiwick -- in both location as well as personal preference -- so I suggested she talk to a firm with experience in the area that can assist with planning, engineering and surveying. I said I'd ask around for recommendations, thus this post.
