I don't know about you folks but my clients and I are at our wit's end. We make submittals and they get lost and we submit again and they get lost again. In once case involving a lot line adjustment, my clients have had to hire attorneys to negotiate easements to cover a proposed lot line adjustment because loans have been taken out and construction has started. In this case, three submittals have been made and no one knows where anything is and no one will verify if they received it. They all blame the pandemic. It is clearly a deadly scourge!
I am reminded of years ago when I wrote commentaries and articles for the local business paper. I thought some of you would enjoy a couple of them.
