Trying to track down William Carmack LS 5887

Hello.

I see that he is in Sacramento area and has an active license. Anyone know which firm he works for, if any?

He worked for, and likely retired from, either Sacramento County or City. You might contact Jon Scarpa, Sac County Surveyor, to see if he has information.

Actually found this - Bill was the Sac County Surveyor at one time.
