Copy of BPELS letter to Mike Emmons - 1/4/2006 Please!

Does anyone have an electronic copy of the letter of Response from BPELSG to Mike Emmons from January 4, 2006?

It responded to the question: Is the County Surveyor required to file a Corner Record if it is not in compliance with §8765(d), or if a Record of Survey is required under §8762 both of the Business & Professions Code?
