There is a white paper in here somewhere. I've seen the misuse of the BLA. I've seen Mr. Lucas get a little too excited about the use the BLA for my taste. I've been challenged on "uncertainty" by those willing to trade the second profession for the first and a paycheck.

Seems like a Hard Rain is Gonna Fall in this profession.
