There appears to be a new law on the books that allows local agencies to enact ordinances allowing ADUs and JADUs to be turned into condos. AB 1033
Considering the response SB9 got around the Bay Area, I don't foresee too many agencies I work with enacting that ordinance. Anyone know more about this law and its likely implementation?
