new 2026 FEMA Elevation Certificate

I have been told that the new FEMA Elevation certificate is ready to be used. The link provided on the FEMA site does not work.
I'm wondering if anyone has been able to successfully download the new certificate ?

Beware which version of the 2023 EC you have. The first one did not allow you to type alpha/numeric "N/A" into the document.
They also had other issues which were bad, as they did not perform a good quality control check of the new form.
I gave them some feedback, and they actually sent a revised version out in August. The revised version was better, but still had a couple issues.
The old version had additional pages with instructions at the end, but the new one they left off, brilliant observation!

I have not seen another version since August so be it at that. They still can't figure out how to allow us to download a copy, lol.
