The Board began receiving notifications from licensees over the weekend with concerns about this situation. There have been many situations over the years and recently with the former (revoked) licensed owner of ABC Surveying. If you have received this letter and have concerns, please contact the Board at BPELSG.Enforcement.Information@dca.ca.gov or by filing a complaint at https://www.bpelsg.ca.gov/consumers/com ... nsee.shtml

Re: Solicitation Letter ABC
Update: The Board is learning the letter may arrive with different sender names on the letter, which may or may not be legitimate individuals. Suggest anyone receiving a letter to consider the legitimacy of this solicitation and file it appropriately.

Re: Solicitation Letter ABC
I know of about 5 people who received that letter (me included). Is it worth filing a complaint about it? Is it valuable to the board? Moreover, is the request to have a surveyor operate without being in responsible charge enough to warrant a complaint, or would the actual work need to be performed before it would be actionable?
Thanks!

Are you suggesting the ABC has no "principles"?The Board is learning the letter may arrive with different sender names on the letter, which may or may not be legitimate individuals.

I was getting a kick out of that one too Jim. If some one gets hired then their boss won't be their "pals" :)Jim Frame wrote: Mon Mar 24, 2025 7:52 pmAre you suggesting the ABC has no "principles"?The Board is learning the letter may arrive with different sender names on the letter, which may or may not be legitimate individuals.
