We are a growing company and have need of a qualified Land Surveyor with 5+ years of experience leading a crew and working on drafting projects.
Responsibilities:
• Meeting with contractors or clients on site
• Ability to perform calculations for construction layout and staking
• Collect data to be used in drafting projects, FEMA certifications and other types of certifications
• Awareness of surroundings and insuring safety of oneself or other team members
• Draft Corner Records, Record of Surveys, topographical surveys and Parcel Maps.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate and maintain various survey instruments, including robot, and data collectors
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in - Carlson Survey, Leica
• PLS preferred. Will consider an LSIT
Salary:
• $65-$80 hourly rate depending on level of experience. After 90 day trial period, pay rate is negotiable.
