The College of Southern Nevada (https://www.csn.edu/) (located in Las Vegas NV) has developed a new bachelor’s degree program in Land Surveying and Geomatics. We are looking for a PLS holder to serve as a full-time faculty member to teach a variety of land surveying courses. This could be a good position for someone who is semiretired and looking for a new career path.
Courses in this program are a mix of online and in-person courses. Labs are taught in-person to provide students with hands-on experience. In-person labs are generally taught in the evening to accommodate working students.
The minimum requirements are a current holder of a currently active Professional Land Surveying license, 10 years of relevant experience, and a bachelor’s degree in land surveying or a related field.
