Do you have any other info on the case? I'm wracking my brain trying to think of the case you mean...

BTW - one of these days, I'm going to write an article for the Cal Surveyor on Bryant v Blevins that will completely reverse the opinions about this case for any sane person. A few years back, I actually visited the site and interviewed some of the people involved. Amazing photos, too!

I'm beat. Just got back from the hospital. My Father-in-Law had an angiogram this morning and then straight in for three stents.
He's doing fine, but prayers would be much appreciated.
