I went through the Map Act and back through earlier threads and couldn't find anything on timeshares. Part of me says that each timeshare unit/apartment/condo is a 'lot' and requires a map, but a bigger part says that since no one owns any one particular 'space' then its more like the 200 share owners own the building/lot and have a private agreement as to the use of the building.
How do y'all handle these?

My wife and I "own", or are members of the organization that owns that facility up in Wndsor about a mile or so West of 101.
But we own that in the same sense that we own a piece of 50 or so other such timeshare resorts. We have no interest in any particular unit, nor do we really have an ownership interest in any particular resort facility.
what we own is a certain amount of annual credits that allow us a certain amount of use of the resorts each year. Beyond that, it works much like a hotel. My wife doesn't get to decorate or choose the furniture, and I don't do any repairs or maintenance. We haven't even ever stayed in the same room twice.
Look into the ownership structure. Are they going to sell interest in individual units or is it going to be a facility that is more like an apartment complex and run much like a hotel?
