Looking for someone with experience drafting topo and boundary surveys, corner records, and record of surveys. Ideal person will also have experience doing grading and drainage plans. I have a home office located near Walnut Creek in the East Bay Area and would prefer someone who can come by to pick up work, though all work would be completed at your own site.
