Makes you wonder if there are any crimal charges for filing faulse documents. I would think that the DA would have some kind of case against the newspaper.

I also wonder how this would effect a Title Report in the future, which could mean Civil charges against the newspaper.

I heard this on the radio the other morning and got a good laugh. They also said the Empire State Bldg. was rightfully returned to it's owner's.

Besides, would you want the taxes that go along with that piece of property?
You can have it, and let it stay in New York, heheheee!

Did they have a gps tracking device on the building ? I hope they replaced it in the correct location.

Is an ALTA in order here ? Hmmmmmmm

What if its land locked now ???
