CA State Specific Article

I read an article about a year or two ago about the ins and outs of how the BPELS creates the state specific LS exam. Does anyone know where I could find said article?

Thanks! BTW, you can search multiple PDF documents in a specific directory by opening Adobe Reader (or professional) and holding down shift+control+F OR going to the dropdown menu Edit-Search.
