...McGowan Design or Civic Design Group in Victorville or Hisperia?

Just got an interesting blurb from them regarding surveying but can't find a connection to a license of any kind.

Under MerchantCircle, 1st among its services is listed "Land and boundary surveying with an LS # of a surveyor listed as living in Victorville. There are also a number of services listed that fall under the practice of engineering. Interesting.

A person named Ryan McGowan has a LinkedIn profile listing him as the owner of Civic Design Group. A search for Mr. McGowan on the BPELSG license verification page turned up no results.

E-mail the board and ask for an Organizational Record for this outfit.
