New small claims limit

According to the attached link, interesting but not survey related, starting in 2012 the small claims limit is now #10,000.00

Different for Corporations and the Like

Note that the $10,000 limit applies to plaintiff individuals (natural persons), including sole proprietors. If the plaintiff is a business entity (corporation, LLC, partnership, etc), then the limit is still $5,000.
