New Orange County Surveyor yet?

Now that it has been 6 months (at least) since the closing of applications to replace Ray Mathe as the Orange County Surveyor, I was curious as to the status of his replacement.

Does anyone know what is up with the situation?

Yes, there is a new County Surveyor.
That's all I know.

New OC Surveyor is Kevin Hills, he just started last week.
