Lead Field Surveyor (Crew Chief):
Seeking a talented lead field surveyor with a minimum of 5-years of experience in boundary surveys, control surveys, topographic surveys and utility surveys, along with vast experience and knowledge of construction surveying/staking and construction as-built surveys. An ideal candidate would possess an LSIT certificate and some formal training or education in the field of land surveying. Proficiency with modern surveying equipment, such as robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS survey systems, data collectors and computers is required and some level of knowledge of AutoCAD LDD or Civil 3D is preferred.
Senior Land Survey Technician:
Seeking an experienced field/office surveyor with a minimum of 10-years of experience to work under the direction of the field survey manager to assist with field survey support and to perform office survey computations, construction staking calculations/cut-sheets, COGO record maps/deeds/legals, process GPS/GNSS and conventional survey data, perform mapping and prepare survey exhibits, assist with construction take-offs for staking proposals, and help prepare and process survey packages and provide office support for field crews. Must possess an LSIT certificate and some level of formal education is preferred. Must also be proficient with AutoCAD LDD and/or Civil 3D and knowledge of Trimble Business Center or similar software is preferred. Candidate may be required to lead a field survey crew as needed for boundary, topographic, utility, as-built and construction surveys. This position requires vast knowledge and understanding of the construction process and associated field survey operations.
Survey-Mapping Technician:
Seeking a survey-mapping CAD technician with a minimum of 3-years of experience and capable of working with survey data and drafting base maps, including record map boundaries, topo linework, existing utilities and able to generate surfaces, alignments and contours. Must be proficient with AutoCAD LDD and/or Civil 3D and Microstation is a plus. Candidate will be required to process survey data and base maps and prepare topographic maps, landbase maps, survey exhibits and create as-built plan and profile drawings for pipelines using AutoCAD and Microstation. Some experience with surveying and mapping for pipeline-utility projects is preferred. LSIT certificate is a plus.
