HKA is seeking candidates with Caltrans survey experience in all areas of design and construction to work at various locations in Caltrans District 3 and 4. The ideal candidate is one who can cover all areas of surveying services from research, calculations, establishing project control, and proficient with AutoCad Land Desktop or Civil 3D. Candidates must have: at least 5 years of surveying experience preferably on Caltrans projects, a high school diploma, a clean driver’s record, and be MS Office proficient. HKA has several positions open from Party Chief to Chainmen. LS and LSIT are highly desirable. In addition, candidates must have good communication skills, ability to read and competently interpret construction plans and specifications, good problem solving skills, be able to work as a team member, and work adjacent to traffic.
