CITY OF SAN DIEGO RESPONDS TO GRAND JURY REPORT

The city of San Diego has responded to the San Diego County Grand Jury about the problems with the city records and destruction of survey monuments. Thankfully Greg Hopkins is now in charge of the department. He has implemented some very important policy decisions and the entire industry should be grateful for his efforts. I believe that his policies may set a standard for everyone to adopt. One of Greg's strongest attributes is working closely with the private sector; he makes sure that everything he does is open and transparent.
