Survey Party Chief (Modesto/Pleasanton)

O'Dell Engineering is a growing civil engineering and surveying company headquartered in Modesto, California. We are currently seeking an experienced survey party chief to work from our Modesto and/or Pleasanton Office.

The survey party chief will work under the direction of the survey manager leading a 2 person survey crew and work independently as a single man survey crew using GPS or robotic total stations. Our party chief's are supplied a company truck and are required to maintain a clean driving record. Our projects are located throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area. Assignments will include construction staking, boundary surveying, and topographic surveying. Projects include very large scale municipal projects (California High Speed Rail), large scale master planned land development projects, 3D laser scanning, high precision monitoring, on-call surveying for municipalities, and small residential and commercial developments.

Our wages are competitive. We want to hire surveyors that are looking for a long term home.
