Converting residential apartments into retail condos

Post by PPereira »

Greetings!
What is the process to convert residential apartments into retail condos? This is a potential project in Orange County. Any help/guidance with this will be greatly appreciated!

You had better contact the County and find out their requirements. I know in our City the planners only process condo conversions once a year.

Are they allowing that again. Was a real dirty word about 25-30 years ago most everywhere. Apts to condos conversions pretty much died.
Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?
