I've got an opening for a survey party chief. The party chief will work directly under my supervision on topographic surveys, boundary surveys, control surveys and hydrographic surveys. This job offers the opportunity to learn GIS, geodetic control, 3D modeling, and terrestrial laser scanning. We also hold weekly surveyor training (to help prepare surveyors for the LSIT and CST exams) and monthly CAD training.

Our party chiefs are paid competitively and drive home a company truck.

I'm looking for a surveyor with good technical skills and attention to detail. I'd prefer a surveyor who would be willing to learn a bit of drafting and analysis in the office. I'd be really excited about a party chief looking for a long-term home and professional mentor, not just a job.

The party chief could potentially work out of our Modesto, Pleasanton, or Fresno office.
