Description / Requirements
RBF Consulting, a Company of Michael Baker International, is seeking a Survey Party Chief to join our Surveying Geomatics team in our Temecula, CA office. The Survey Party Chief will be responsible for field surveying for various Southern California active survey projects. The Party Chief will perform construction staking, topographic mapping, and ALTA and boundary surveying. The Party Chief must be able to perform staking calculations and field engineering, as well as have the ability to interact with engineering managers, staff and clients. The Party Chief will also be responsible for the maintenance and operation of Trimble GNSS and Robotic instruments.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of five years of field surveying experience
• Must be a member of the Union of Operating Engineers Local 12
• Computer skills required: ability to upload and download data; survey control data controller; AutoCAD
• LSIT a plus
