Second, we’ve been in business since 1981. That’s 33 years in Southern California, one of the most competitive surveying markets around.

Third, we are very good at what we do. About 90%-95% of our work comes from repeat clients.

Fourth, we have fun and enjoy what we’re doing, and it shows.

Fifth, we’re small, less that 20 people, so you would get a wide variety of work.

Sixth, we are transportation and infrastructure specialists. Most of our work is for governmental agencies, either as a Prime or as a Subconsultant.

Seventh, as a DBE firm, we are extremely well positioned to get a significant portion of the many billions of dollars of transportation work that will be coming out throughout California in the next 10-20 years.

Survey Research, Utility Research, Photo Control, Aerial Mapping, Design Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Right of Way Delineation, Right of Way Mapping, Centerline Surveys, Centerline Ties, Record of Surveys, Corner Records, Legal Descriptions and Sketches, Exhibit Maps, Subdivision Maps, Final Subdivision Map Checking, Construction Management Check Surveys, Construction Staking, and Horizontal & Vertical Control.
