Job Description:
• Review plans and provide survey crews with computer calculations and plots.
• Liaison with Party Chiefs and office engineers to maximize efficiency and facilitate communication.
• Download and process incoming field data to incorporate into engineering and mapping projects.
• Import and check daily construction staking field points for adherence to standards and as a quality control check.
• Familiar with Microsoft applications
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and work well under tight deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
Any combination of two years technical school or college and two years of surveying experience. Two years of experience conducting advanced computer calculations preferred. Field surveying and computer experience a plus along with knowledge of engineering and constructions plans and familiarity with basic elements of surveying. CAD abilities essential (LDD and Civil 3D).
