Currently seeking a motivated Survey Project Manager with a good technical knowledge base. This position includes managing projects and overseeing research, providing boundary analysis, writing land descriptions and reviewing title reports and other documentation. Responsible for providing ALTA, topography, photogrammetry and boundary surveys.
Mapping responsibilities include preparing subdivision maps, parcel maps, records of survey and corner records. Manage and oversee the technical aspect of mapping and final drawings for agency submittals and submittals to clients. Knowledge of land surveying/mapping to support the technical work of CAD drafters, Engineers, Subcontractors and agencies for mapping submittals and specifications for approval.
The successful candidate is an organized leader with technical skills and pays attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS
• PLS or ability to obtain PLS required.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible Survey experience.
• Must be proficient in AutoCad and Civil 3D.
• Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements.
• Must have public mapping experience (subdivision maps, parcel maps, record of survey maps, legal description and exhibits, etc.)
• Familiar with Microsoft applications
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and work well under tight deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
