Hiper Rover Battery only lasting 5 hours

We have a Hiper Ga that we use as a Rover. All of a sudden we can't get a full field day out of one charge. It used to last 8 hours plus of continuous use. But now it's only about 5 hours. Has anyone else had this problem? I assume our supplier can "re-cell" the battery...
