Founded in 1994, Pacific Land Consultants, Inc. is based out of Rolling Hills Estates, CA. Licensed surveyor, Chris Vassallo, has over 35 years of experience in surveying. His experience varies from construction of engineering projects including multi-story buildings, bridges, and roadwork layout, to the construction layout of subdivisions throughout Southern California. He is experienced with boundary establishment, Lot Line Adjustments, Record of Surveys, and has performed hundreds of ALTA surveys.

Job Description:
Must be proficient at preparing Survey Drawings, Record of Survey’s, Corner Records, and Tract/Parcel Maps using AutoCAD 2016, and have a good knowledge of survey calculations. Must be knowledgeable of the process for submitting and recording maps. Candidate may be required to do field checks of job sites, occasionally assist in field surveys if needed, and be able to make accurate, clean sketches of job sites.
