Full-Time Land Surveyor in Training Position in Petaluma

Steven J. Lafranchi & Associates, Inc., is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor Technician.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in performing all aspects of acquiring, processing, analyzing and compiling data to prepare deliverables related to boundary,
topographic, ALTA/NSPS, GPS, control, lot line adjustment and FEMA elevation certificate surveys
• Solid survey-related mathematical and research skills
• AutoCAD Land Desktop & MS Office Suite proficiency, AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
• Diverse working knowledge of conventional and robotic field equipment and data collection and processing software (Leica TS12 with CS15 and
Carlson SurvCE software, Leica C10 scanner and Cloudworx/Cyclone software; Topcon Hiper V, FC-5000 & Magnet software, any or all a plus)
• Construction staking experience
• Laser Scanning field and office software experience a plus
• Capable of working both collaboratively in field and solo

Must be certified as a State of California Land Surveyor in Training and possess a valid California driver's license in good standing.
