The Southern California stations are online. Please make sure you change your IP address to the following:
The new Southern California IP Address (updated February 6, 2018) is 132.239.154.80, Port=2103
The Northern California IP address (updated August 5, 2017) is 132.239.152.175, Port=2103
In case you see old documentation with a conflicting IP address, please disregard and use the ones listed above.
Troubleshooting Tip: If your data collector is still not connecting after you change the IP address, please try creating a new “Survey Style,” which involves adding all the information including your username/password again. Please email mariaturingan@ucsd.edu if you can’t find your username/password.
