So as I mentioned, I have had to go out to one of by projects because the neighbor, shown in the attached video, is illegally grading over my client's sewer laterals. She is an 84 year old widow. We have tried to survey the property to figure things out as he is also grading onto her property. We are also trying to locate the easement and the neighbor, a licensed civil engineer will not let us on his property. The police have already been out and we are trying to get a restraining order from the court. The police said they would arrest him if we get a TRO.
That being said, I took the attached video last week and I was wondering if anyone knows Farsi. The city did issue a stop work order but this man is defiant.
