Greetings,
I have been asked to look into a Master Geographic Letter that was sent to a City. The letter comes from the board of real estate. I have no Idea if this letter has any bearing on the particular City I work with, or if it is simply another government scam for information.
If anyone can shed some light on this, I'd be very grateful.
Thank you very much

Re: Master Geographc Letter
This a letter that the Bureau of Real Estate sends to local agencies to expedite its issuance of final subdivision reports. They are renewed every four years.

Re: Master Geographc Letter
In the many years I did development review for a public agency, I think I was only asked to provide a copy of the MGL once. Probably because the DRE keeps copies of each agency's letters. There's a list here: https://www.dre.ca.gov/developers/MasterGeoLists.html
