City of Sacramento Surveys Contact?

The City of Sacramento seems to set a lot of nails and tags in curbs apparently tying out street centerline points, but I've never gotten a response when requesting field notes. The county has some ties on its website, but they're limited in number and they weren't able to provide a city contact. Anyone know who to talk to within the city?

I'm aware of that site but it doesn't seem to be very current, as I've found lots of city tags that don't show up.

For what it is worth I believe the City Surveyor's name is Jimmy L. Byrum (PLS 9275). It looks like he is somewhat active on LinkedIn. I have a number for him as 916-808-7918 and his email as jbyrum@cityofsacramento.org
