I saw a post on Facebook where a Surveyor was asking how he can use the new CSRN NAD83(2011) Epoch 2025.00 in TBC since TBC does not yet have that as an option. The answer was just select NAD83(2011) Epoch 2017.50 and use the new Epoch 2025.00 coordinates, which might be OK, as long as you turn off "Use Time-Dependent Transformations", which is set to yes by default.
