Most laypeople cannot read a surveyors map. They have little or no understanding of bearings and tenths of a foot.
That statement there is something I brought up to the County Surveyor when I was required to write a "See spot run" description of my methods of survey on a RS. As a matter of note, when that request was made, and before I put the story on the map, I had my son, who at that time was not a CE or LS or even a college grad and was clerking at a auto parts store, look at the map and determine how I did the survey. Took him ~5min to determine what I held and why.
Defund govt
To fully fund govt first the national debt would have to be paid. The US Govt is $18 TRILLION in debt, using 350 million people in the USA it would require $51,000 from every man, woman and child to pay it off. And that's just the Federal debt. Did you write your check yet?

Since I may or may not be prohibited from posting the actual Record of Survey, you may find it under Record of Survey No. 2001-1040 or RSB 186/30. Now that Orange County research is free, you can view it via this website.

Paul, I note an inflection, or tone, in your post. Seems lighhearted, in a way, but how can one be sure? ;-)

You can see it on OC land records and retain your good standing on this board by not posting it.
